Gong cha is founded

Gong cha is established in Kaohsiung. The Gong cha brand officially launches in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Inspired by the tradition of offering tea as a tribute to the emperor, "Gong cha" stands for the highest quality—a commitment that set the foundation for our global growth.

We focus on tea you can taste through the cup: roasted oolong, fragrant green tea, and brown-sugar lines that highlight caramel depth instead of masking it. Milk foam adds a silky cap that meets your lips before the tea below.

North York moves fast. Whether you are commuting through Don Mills Station or meeting friends at Fairview Mall, we want your order to feel personal: pick your sweetness, ice, pearls or jellies, and enjoy a calm moment.
